Device addressing menu

Hello guys!

I wonder if you could separate "Download Individual Address" option in download menu to two options:
* Download Individual Address (with prg button)
* Download Individual Address (with serial number)

As it is today the ETS first tries to address any device in programming mode and if none found, waits for user to click on "Use Serial Number" button. 

This becomes a problem on projects where one engineer commission one part of system, while other install some devices in the other part. Also some of KNX devices automaticly goes to programming mode when connected to KNX bus for first time.
