Make Status actually useful

How about making these actually do something useful?

When an item is Locked, it should be disallowed to make any changes to it. E.g. Parameters or Group Address Assignments.

With some other statuses such as Accepted, there should perhaps be a big fat warning? And when Parameters or GAs are changed despite the warning, the status should automatically go back to Editing or something similar?

This could be useful especially in project sharing scenarios. I could even see only some users having certain permissions, such as editing the project / changing the status, while others having read-only or read-and-download-only permissions.

Also something to consider if/when there is some official cloud-based project archive / project escrow service.
