Existing Project: Change Backbone Media Type to IP
Are there instructions on how to change the backbone media type from TP to IP in a live project?
I know how to do it in principle but within an existing installation I can't create a second backbone and I cannot change the media type as long as devices are on the lines. I have also tried introducing IP/TP-coupler in each line but that is not allowed due to the TP backbone. It feels like a catch22.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi, I found out what the solution is:
You need to remove all couplers from the project. Also, you have to remove any devices that are in line 1.0. (you can move them to a dummy/another line)
After that you can change the media type to IP and then add new couplers.
