Give the option to Open Hyperlinks (such as GA) in a new window below the current one

Hello,

In ETS5, when clicking on a GA from the topology view, the GA was opened in a 2nd window underneath the topology view. This enabled to quickly verify the links in Groupe Address (GA) without having to search the GA in the GA window.

For big project the removal of this feature is a big loss in productivity.
