ETS App SIEMENS Address by ID

Hi,

I've "purchased" the app from store, downloaded the installation file, installed the licence in the account. 

Now I can access it from  drop down menu All Panels > App > Siemens: BUT SCREEN IS EMPTY. How would I specify the serial number here?

Device is correctly added in topology of ETS6. Diagnostic won't find anything.

Physical LED are steady ON: RX and LINK.

Tried connection via IP multicast 224.0.23.12 but it fails.

I'm trying to setup an old 5WG1 148-1AB22 user manual refer to ETS3, could it be the version is not compatible?
