On new PC, importing knxproj with plugins not working even if products is already installed

This is in ETS 5.7.7

I am moving to a newer and better computer at last. All projects is OK on my old computer, an can be exported successfully to disk.

On new computer I can import the projects, but plugins can't be opened even if product-setup is run and additional .vd-file is imported before importing the project.

All deviceicons is normal, no yellow or red dot on these.

Seems to be general plugin error and I get a couple of outcomes:

1  Button open product specific parameter dialog is shown as normal, but ETS hangs and cursor is just spinning, and ETS won't respond afterwards i.e Jung Facility Colour Touch Panel IP

2  After reopening ETS of the same project and the same devices. There is a yellow warning stating : "An error occured while instantiating the parameterdialog plug-in of the device. You can reinstall the plug-in and try again later." And a button to reinstall plugin that don't work. Manual reinstalling of the software doesn't do any good either.

3  Trying to add a new device, same product that has the yellow warning in point 2 produces this error

And as that wasn't enough If I use Tool Diagnostics machine hangs when producing the output zip-file...
