Plug-in handler failed during import

This is in ETS 5.7.7

I had to reset my computer completely (Windows 11). My KNX project could be imported in the new ETS5 installation but with following remark:

After clicking OK I got following error message:

After several achknowledgements of this message the summary said:

When I go the catalog and select the respective Berker B.IQ device the same error message appears again. 

Furthermore. the devices itself in the project cannot be configured anymore. 

All this didn't happen with my previous installation. What can I do?
