New project initial wizard and functions

ETS 6.3.1 (build 8272)

Using the new project wizard initially will only create 4 x GA's per dimmable light and include the room name as part of each GA name. However when adding a dimmable light function from within ETS, it will create 5 x GA's and then don't include the dimmable light name within each of the new GA's created... it only shows Switching, Status, Dimming, dimming value and Value. You have to then manually edit each GA name, which is a PITA.

We please need more functions as this will help automate the laborious process of programming within ETS. Surely ETS can include the basics everyone uses as common actions and then allow customizing if need be.

I find creating scenes a real PITA and very slow and time-consuming.
