KNX Virtual & ETS 5 - Problem when downloading application

Hello,
I following this tutorial for ETS5 and KNX Virtual.
But I got a problem when at 14.35 of the video, i have to download the application for the PB.
The PB specified in the video is not available anymore in the catalog so I used the KliX PB which have the same name as the one defined in my KNX Virtual (so imho it should work).
But when I want to make a "Full download" for the KliX BP. It does not complete and ETS freeze and never answers again (I waited several minutes and finally have to kill the ETS process...).
I've tried several times but I always got the same result.
It seems that it can set the physical address but then block on the download of the configuration app. (same thing if I try the other kinds of downloads)
However, everything worked fine for the download of the switch actuator.
Any clue?

Hi Fabien, this is a small bug we have identified in ETS5, which we are going to fix in the next version. To workaround this problem, whenever you make a parameter change in KliX, close and reopen the project before any download. //BR Vassilios

You have to set the area and line in TP mode, not IP.
