ETS 5 is crashing or Freezing

Dear Sir, My ETS5 was working fine until a couple of days ago, now I get some error and it won't let me do anything.

Question 1: How do I fix the problem and make ETS 5 work again without losing my database? Image attached for reference.

Question 2: Is there a method to copy the back folder from C drive and import it into a different computer?

Question 3: How to import the KNXPROJArchieve into different computers?
