Problemas knx iluminacion//Knx lighting problems

Buenos dias, en una oficina donde trabajo tenemos instalada toda con KNX usando schneider

El problema es que hay veces que la luz se apaga o se que da medio encendida, no sabria decir el por que ya que no sigue ningun patron, igual pasa 1 vez al dia que 1 vez a la semana, la solucion pasa por reiniciar la funte de alimentacion que controla los dispositivos de esa seccion o bien reiniciar el dispositivo de esa oficina, siempre que se va la luz pasa en los mismos despachos, pero sucede desde el 1º dia que montaron las oficinas, solo que por aquella epoca fallaba 1 vez cada mes, consulte con el tecnico que lo monto, y me hico cambiar todos los balastros de una oficina que estos son para knx y se controla mediante Gateway KNX DALI REG-K/1/16(64)/64
para ver si esto solucionaba el problema de ese despacho pero el problema sigue igual y el tecnico no sabe orientarme en este problema, yo de knx entiendo los justo.

Alguna sugerencia de donde podria venir el problema o donde buscar???
