Building Workplace manual ordering of items

The order of any item in the Building structure could be specified manually by selecting and dragging up/down to the desired position. Selection of an item or group of items can be done e.g. by right clicking and selecting an "Order Manually" command. 

If possible, an "Insert Blank" command could also be introduced to allow for optical separation of items. This blank could be empty, a line or text.

Manual ordering should apply to all items viewable in the Building pane including devices with physical addresses.
