If your dongle needs to be replaced because of several reasons, e.g. lost, stolen or broken, then you have to contact us.
- In case of a broken dongle, you will receive a replacement, but you first have to send the dongle back to KNX Association. We will send you all the instructions once you contact us.
- In case of a stolen or lost dongle, we will send you an offer, which you will have to accept and pay in order to receive your new dongle.
