What kind of data is collected?
The troubleshooting wizard helps to collect all ETS Inside relevant information for the analysis of possible problems. This is done by creating a diagnostic file (in zip format) of the ETS Inside log file, which contains program specific information, information about errors that may have occurred, warnings and other background information. This log file does not contain any personal information or whatsoever.
How can you generate the diagnostic file?
