Licenses can be transferred to another KNX account in the following cases:
You have changed company and you are entitled to keep the license belonging to the previous company, which is still in your personal account.
In this case the former company has to inform us about your company change by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request an official license transfer so that you can keep the license. In reply they will receive the license transfer document that needs to be filled-in, stamped and signed by the former company. If the document is accepted by KNX Association, you will then keep the license in your account and become the official owner of the license.
You (or a staff member) has left the company and has a company’s license in his personal account, the license needs to remain in the company.
In this case a transfer of the license from that account can be requested via email to email@example.com. The license can be transferred to another staff member of the company's account and in this case his/her MyKNX account number is needed to complete the transfer.
