Being 'offline' with ETS Inside can mean two different situations.
- The ETS Inside server does not have any internet connectivity
- The ETS Inside client does not have access to the ETS Inside server
If the ETS Inside server does not have any internet connectivity, the configuration of the installation can still be done using the ETS Inside client. However, for adding devices, may need to be connected to the internet.
In the case where there is no connectivity from the ETS Inside client to the ETS Inside server, then it is not possible to configure your installation, as the server is the device that handles the entire functionality, and the project data. Therefore, you always need to be connected to the ETS Inside server with an ETS Inside client in order to be able to configure an installation.
