Submit a help request
In order to request help from the KNX Association team, you can do that via several channels:
- Via a classic ticket form
- Via email
- Via social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Via a classic ticket form
You can use one of the following emails:
Technical questions: email@example.com
Sales/Licensing questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
Certification questions: email@example.com
All other questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
To ask us your questions. Our team will handle them as soon as possible.
Via social media
You can also submit your requests via social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). Simply send us a private message or leave us a public comment and our team will reply to you as soon as possible.
Access your previous/current requests
To access all your requests, you have to visit the KNX Help Centre at https://support.knx.org, login using your MyKNX credentials, then click your name on top and then click the 'My activities' link.
All your requests regardless the way you have requested them will appear here. Your old support requests made using the previous KNX Support site are also shown here.
