When ordering, you will be requested to fill in the invoice information. If you are eligible for VAT exemption, then you may enter your VAT number on the 'Invoice' step.
MyKNX uses the official European Union online system for VAT verification, which is called VIES. Therefore when ordering, MyKNX connects in the background (you will not see any message or hint) to VIES and requests if the supplied VAT number of an order is valid. If it is valid, then you can proceed with the order.
If not, then there is an error indication shown.
