A KNX dimming function requires minimal two Group Addresses. The first Group Address links the switching object(s) of the rocker(s) with the switching object(s) of the dimmer channel(s). Switching objects have a data length of 1 bit. The second Group Address links the dimming object(s) of the rocker(s) with the dimming object(s) of the dimmer channel(s). Dimming objects have a data length of 4 bit.
Visualization
This requires an additional Group Address that links the value object(s) of the dimmer channel(s) with the value object(s) of the visualization. Value objects have a data length of 8 bit.
Movement
The switching object(s) of the movement detector shall also be linked with the switching object(s) of the dimmer channel(s). Also an additional Group Address that links the switching object of another rocker with the block movement detection object of the movement detector is required.
