This article covers the following topics:
1. Set up the initial ETS Inside password
After the installation of the ETS Inside server, you can connect to the ETS Inside server with an ETS Inside client. The first time you login, you will be requested to setup a password in order to be able to login to ETS Inside. Fill in the new password in the 'New password field' (1) and then retype it in the 'Confirm new password field' (2) in order to ensure that you have filled in the desired password. As soon as both fields are filled in, press the 'OK' button (3) in order to complete the password setup.
The password strength is checked in real time, and you also get a hint if is strong or weak.
After setting the password, you will be redirected to the ETS Inside dashboard screen. From now on you can login in ETS Inside only with the defined password.
2. Reset the ETS Inside password
If you have forgotten your password, then unfortunately you cannot recover it. You have to reset the entire ETS Inside server, which means that your password as well your project will be deleted and it is not possible to undo this action. Therefore, please ensure that you have made a Project Backup.
