In this step, a binary data file in Motorola S19, S28, or S37 format is imported, and the following data is created or updated from it:
·Code Segment data
·Optionally, a load procedure
·Optionally, communication objects, as well as the locations of the address, association and communication object tables.
The expected file format is documented in section Binary data file format.
To import binary data:
·Select the application program in the product data window
·Execute the Import Binary Data command from the context menu
·Select the S19/S28/S37 file
·A preview of the data and - if present in the file - the load procedure is shown
·To create or update the communication objects, check "Add ComObjects".
·If the target application program is linked to a System B mask version, the data read will be converted to a relative segment. The address within the S19/S28/S37 file where the relative segments starts, can be entered.
·Click OK to perform the import
·Have a look at the output window (output from "KNX Manufacturer Tool"). Here, all side effects of the import are listed.
