As a prerequisite, the knxei file must already have been created as described in Export for registration
To create the necessary documents for registration, do the following:
·Create a new MT project of type "KNX Certification Documents"
·Select the certification case you want to handle (see the table below).
·For all cases an original knxei/knxprod file must be imported at first.
·A list of the products and application programs contained in the original knxei/knxprod file is show. For the certification case “New request” you can include/exclude elements from the certification document. For the other certification cases this list has informative sense only and you use the check boxes of the detail tables explained below to include/exclude elements from the certification document.
·For the certification cases numbered 2 to 5
oA table is activated in the lower part of the certification document.
oThe table starts with one row that contains a browse button to open an additional knxei/knxprod file. For that opened file a detail table is created where the product information can be mapped to the original product information of the original knxei/knxprod file. Below the detail table an new row is created to open an additional knxei/knxprod file for mapping. In this way you can handle for example as much OEM files as necessary.

Some fields of the forms are automatically filled with the data from the selected file. Fill in the forms according to the requirements of the certification case and export the forms as an Excel document for a later submission to KNX. For the export function you find a button in the tool bar.
If you reopen a saved certification document you operate of copies of the involved knx and picture files. Therefore, no changes of the original files are reflected.
