Each KNX partner has the possibility to request the Customer feedback for KNX projects that have been submitted on the KNX project platform. How to proceed?
- Login to your MyKNX partner account.
- Go to Account - Projects.
- Enter the email address of the end customer (home/building owner) and click on the 'Submit' button.
- The end customer will be requested to complete a short survey containing questions that can be found in this link.
- The star rating for the preferred KNX project as well as the corresponding Customer feedback will be shown 24h later.
Note: The star rating for the Customer feedback will only be shown if the preferred KNX project contains a 'linked' Customer feedback. In other words, it is not possible to show the star rating of a Customer feedback which was not part of the preferred KNX project. How to select the preferred KNX project is explained in this link.
