Classic orders and offer requests via email, phone, letter, or fax are NOT POSSIBLE.
Our licenses are digital files automatically generated into a customer's MyKNX account, using the online ordering process. All ordered licenses are stored on the product page of such an account, where they will need to be activated with the shipped dongle. Later they can be upgraded, additional apps can be purchased and activated, or replacement dongles can be requested.
A MyKNX account is therefore mandatory: You need it to centralize your licenses, receive offers, place orders, download invoices and keep your licenses up to date.

HOW TO ORDER:
A. Create an account on https://my.knx.org
Initially, only your personal contact details are required.
Once logged in, make sure you complete all contact details in Account > Profile
For private persons:
add billing address and phone number
For companies:
follow the procedure How to create an organization account
B. Need an offer first?
Once the account has been completed request an offer via info@knx.org
You’ll get notified by email once your offer is ready. Our offers show no shipping costs or VAT.
To add these costs, ‘accept’ the offer under Account > Offers and follow the three steps of the order procedure. Note that you can request to cancel an order for free via info@knx.org
C. Order
- Go to the SHOP in the main menu and choose your products.
- Go to your basket, check out and follow the three steps of the order procedure.
- Address:
Add invoice address, shipping address, and your order number
For companies: add a European VAT number (mandatory if you have one)
For private persons: as you have no VAT number, leave the VAT field empty and ignore the red message saying ‘No VAT provided ’. - Payment:
Chose a payment method: Bank transfer, Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal - Confirmation:
Control your input, check the license agreement and confirm your order
A pro forma Invoice PDF is sent via mail and also created under Account > Orders
Bank account details will show on this pro forma in case you chose bank transfer.
The pro forma invoice is only converted into a final invoice once we have received the payment.
SOME COMPANIES NEED A FINAL INVOICE TO INITIATE THEIR PAYMENT
Address this request to info@knx.org and mention the pro forma number (PFXXXXXX).
D. Payment before delivery
Goods are ONLY sent once your payment has been made. No exception to that rule.
E. Delivery conditions
Shipment costs depend on the delivery address. Fees are displayed in step one
The time of delivery depends on shipment mode: Express shipment (about 48 h) or
Standard shipment (2 or 3 days).
F. Order for End-user
KNX Association is the exclusive seller of the ETS Software, no reseller prices are given.
If you need to make an order for an end-user, contact us first via info@knx.org to verify if the product you want to order is allowed for that end-user (some products have restrictions).
