Many companies or legal institutions have strict ordering procedures, and KNX is very well aware of the fact that an online order is complicated for some of them. In order to understand why an online account and the resulting online order are mandatory at KNX, you need to know the following.
The software licenses we sell are unique digital files. These digital files are generated into a MyKNX account thanks to the online order procedure on the MyKNX platform. Once the payment has been registered, the license will be automatically generated by our system on the product page of your MyKNX account. The online order has to be placed by the user himself in the shop of his MyKNX account like any other online order.
Therefore, a MyKNX account is essential and needs to be created before you order by following one of the correspondent procedures:

Consequently, KNX will not accept any order received by email, phone, fax, or letter.
