As a MyKNX account is mandatory, and as every order has to be placed online, you will be able to find your order in the respective MyKNX account under Account > Order, there a proforma invoice is downloadable in PDF format which is also sent to the inserted e-mail address during the order procedure.
Until we receive the payment this order will remain in the status 'Not paid'.
Once the payment has been received by KNX, the status of this order will automatically change into 'Paid' and the proforma invoice will be transformed into a final invoice, which will directly be sent to the same e-mail address. Once transformed you will be able to download the final invoice at the same place under Account > Order. Also read download final Invoice
