Keep the changes of the column width for parameter chapter or even store them with workspace

In ETS5/6 the column width of the parameter chapter flips back to a standard width when the device is changed. This is especially annoying because important information is cut off, even if you have enough space on modern wide screens.

The request is to just keep a user selected width of this column, if you change the device view.

Even better and consequent would be to store this user selected width in the workspace settings (like other UI elements).
