how to restore ETS4 database to ETS5

Hi Team

previously we are use ETS 4 Appliction we have taken the Database backup in ETS4

now we would like to restor the backup file in our new ETS 5 Appliction but we cant able to find the project restore in ets4

Please take a look the the following article (where you can find also the download link for ETS Project Exporter):

https://support.knx.org/hc/en-us/articles/360001690379-ETS-Project-Exporter

It will convert the ETS4 *.bak file to a *.knxproj that can be imported in ETS5 without any issue.

I tried this now and get this message: Login failed for user

I cant find any place to login, can you help please?
