Why not an affordable version for private home owners?

I suggest a new license version of the ETS: For private home owners. 
A home owner would only use the ETS for one project. So the pricing could be project-based (like 199€ per project or so). When the user first creates the project, the project file could be digitally signed/hashed and the hash code could be stored online at knx.org and would be connected to this license. Everytime the user opens the project the ETS would verify (via internet) if the opened project is the one which is licensed with this home version. Another option would be that the project file could only be stored online in a knx.org cloud. That way it would be ensured that a user only has one project per ETS license.
