Trouble with ETS Home upgrade

Hi, Im currently having issues in upgrading to ETS Home. Im currently on ETS Lite Cloud Version and purchased ETS Home upgrade. I thought that it would automatically upgrade the ETS Lite Cloud to ETS Home but it seems that I am not seeing the upgrade of the ETS Home. 

I checked the products ordered of my account and it says that I need a dongle for this upgrade. Is there a way for me to not use the dongle and do the upgrade to ETS Home via cloud? 

I do not have any dongle when I procured ETS lite last year.
