Twilight (1bit) to Scene extension (1byte)

Hi All,

I have a jung weather station which sends a switch (1bit) telegram upon twilight. On the other side i have a DALI gateway with light scenes (1byte). When it turns dark (twilight) I would like to send a scene number (1byte) upon the twilight swith (1bit). 

Any options?
