Or, at least, the possibility to turn it default on.

6.1.0 released and this was not included? Should be a simple and easy task.

It would be great if the 'Highlight changes' status would also be stored in the user.settings file in the local app data.
And it will be synced between windows and projects.2 -

Thanks for adding this feature in ETS 6.3.0.
It's not 'On' by default, but it's remembered in the user settings.0 -
