Read device serial number and update individual address programming flag

In ETS 6.2.1 when scanning a line, the device serial number is read but when updating the flags of the project, the serial number is not stored in the device info (it is not visible in the property panel), il would be great to have the serial number stored.

It would also be great to have the possibility to read the serial number of a device without scanning the entire line (like Siemens app does).

This is useful when re-creating a project using tools such as extended copy, when the actual device already have their individual address downloaded.
