Voucher for ETS 5 Lite purchase

On Monday I followed the procedure to obtein the ETS 5 Lite free with the voucher that konnex loaded on my account after supering the exame.

Unfortunately when I completed the purchasing procedure, the system showd me the following message: "an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later".

I tried to remake the procedure after 10 minutes, but at the end of procedure the system asked me how intend to pay the software, by credit card or other methode. In few words, the system has erase my voucher.

Could you please let me know how to recover my voucher in order to use it for obtein ETS 5 Lite?

If I go to my account in the Orders Session, I see one order waiting for payment. There is no trace of order made with voucher.
