Group Range Size Manipulation Tools

There should be tools to allow the quick manipulation of the sizes of group ranges.

For example:

1. Create 10 group ranges of size 10 each.
2. Fill each group range with 10 group addresses.
3. Consider you now need an 11th group address in the first range.
4. The procedure here of shifting the other 9 group ranges up by 1, and then subsequently increasing the first group range up by 1 address is more arduous than it ought to be.

There should be a tool that makes this sort of 'expand range' operation much easier for the user.

Similarly, there should be a tool that does the opposite, and reduces and concatenates group ranges that have unused addresses/free space in. An option on this might also be to concatenate group ranges but leave at least 1 or 2 spare addresses/space in. This should be choosable by the user.
