Database problem ETS4

Hi,

I installed ETS4 on my new computer which have windows 10. The installation successfully. 

I have a problem to build a new database.

When I press on "new database" I get this massage:

Create database 'C:\ProgramData\KNX\ETS4\v4.0\Databases\New Database.mdf' failed.
The database is not available.
No Database Server is available.

and then the massage:

Operation failed

What to do?
