ABB Plugin problem

Hello,
I have the ETS5 (5.7.1) installed in my computer. The problem with some ABB products occured after update the ETS. All the devices which uses a plugin software. This devices worked without problems in the past.
If I open the product parameter window then the popup information window (Microsoft.NET Framework) apears and I cannot edit any parameters. 
Can you help me and give me any advice what I should do?

This is a pure plug-in related problem. I would strongly recommend to contact ABB as the plug-in is their development and can further support you.

I (ETS 5.7.4) had the same problem with the KNX project file I got from my electro technician. When I imported the file I had the warning " Import Handler failed for Device: ..."I could not open the product parameter window for the devices.
Installing the latest ABB Power Tool helped! Nobody told me that...

Dear BR .I got the same problem like you and I downloaded power tool from your link and now I can add the power tool device to my ETS.Thanks so much for your downloaded link.ABB did not provide power tool applicaiton download file in their catalog.

The ABB Power-Tool is still updated occasionally but for some reason the software is hidden away quite well.
The main devices that require it these days are the older dimming actuators - some of which are still currently available. If you follow this link to the dimming actuator
