ETS Inside update drive

Hello,

Question: How to update the drivers for a device?

I had a problem with the Zennio NarrowDIMX4 throwing a string error which stopped me from getting to the "General" tab to set the number of channels for that device.

The solution was to get the installer to add them in ETS Pro and then upload the project into ETS Inside until the issues was fixed. 

Zennio have now advised that a new drive has been uploaded into the online catalog. 

When I add an new Zennio NarrowDIM X4 to the project, it still throws the "string" error. I suspect that it is using the old drive from the other installed devices in the project. 

This issue does not occur in ETS Pro, unfortunately I don't have access to the Pro version without paying for the installer to return but even then this is only a short term fix.

I don't want to remove the existing seven Zennio NarrowDIM X4 from the project on the off chance that this will force the new drive to install. I would also lose all the configuration setting as ETS Inside has no reports to document this.

Is the project stored in an XML/JSON file that I could edit to fix the problem? 

Do you have any tools that I could use to edit the project file?
