Louvers control with specific drive time

I'm quite new to KNX. Despite taking the training course in 2020, I'm on my first KNX project and would like to ask you to shed some light on the issue I've got.

I'm on a project with JUNG LS5094TSM pushbutton module, JUNG 2316.16REGHE blinds actuator and JUNG 2116REG input module.

I have to control the louvers in a specific way:

1. a) louvers drive open/close when the button is pressed. They have to stop immediately when the button is released (no second press allowed)
2. b) when Digital Input 1 is on, louvers have to drive to cleaning mode (30% open), when Digital output 2 is on, Louvers go out of cleaning mode and shut.

Can you please tell me how to achieve it having the above devices? For On/OFF function I would use button function as it stopes the louvers when button is released, but I need to set them in the cleaning mode. To achieve that I've tried 'Rocker' function and setting up louvers actuator as 'Venting Louver' and setting up drive times. Unfortunately, using 'Venting Louver' and 'rocker' functions require additional press to stop the louvers from driving.

Moreover, when I enable the scene to drive the louver to 30% open, it drives all the way open first, and then drives back to 30% open position.

Can you please advise as I've might missed some settings I could use and make it simpler.
