Error 00FA 2507 00

I installed the latest version of KNX Virtual (2.5) and when attempting to download software into the virtual components D7 switch in this case, it returned the following error  (READ: 00FA 2507 00, Expected: 00FA 0207 23)

Does anyone know what the problem might be? I have tried the previous version of the application, I have also tried older software for the component itself. So far nothing has worked. I only manage to rewrite the physical address.
