Jung Visu Server mode TUNNEL connection problem

Hi everyone!

I'm new-ish to KNX, and have been using it for about 7 years as a user but did not program it myself.

I did a search on the forums but without success therefore the following:

Yesterday I had an appliance that quite literally exploded in my hand (no I'm not injured ;) as I inserted it into the wall socket. The main house breaker opened and I reset it as the appliance was out of the socket, nevertheless, since then my SV Visu Server from Jung does not seem to "speak"/connect to the house system anymore. I can only control the house lights/etc with the physical wall switches.

I can access the Visu server with iPhone/iPad/Mac but keeps telling me this message: 

Connection to KNX bus on 192.168.xxx.xx:xxxx in mode tunnel could not be established. timout connecting to control endpoint 192.xxx...:...

I obviously tried downloading ETS app myself to try and troubleshoot but quickly noticed in the forums that using this app on Mac OS is a whole other topic...

Anyways? Does anyone have any tips please before contacting the company that installed the system and will charge me tons of money for what will probably be (I can imagine) some sort of "reset"??
