ETS App Project Tracing - permit export of History as .csv, and facilitate "time worked" for client billing.

The title is fairly self explanatory.

Project History as it works currently should really be available as a free component of ETS.  What would be a very useful upgrade would be:

1. In addition to "Print," allow export as .csv or even better .xlsx,
2. A further improvement could be to calculate "active time" in the project to assist with billing.
