Download progress stuck at 70% and appear error msg "Connection closed after too many TL"

I have a problem with my project with ETS6.10 and download via IP interface SCN-IP000.03 I download my of device and then I stuck with Download progress stuck at 70% and appear error msg "Connection closed after too many TL"
Do you know what I can do to solve this problem?

I have exactly similar problem with same setup. Did you find a solution?

And i have also many times this problem when i using KNX RF
