Unusual setup, download to multiple IPS/S

Hi, we are having a unusual setup here. We basically have multiple TP lines with KNX devices connected, the lines are connected to our System with the IPS/S 3.1.1. Currently I have to change the connection inside of ETS to make sure it knows where to send the configuration - even if I'd think it should have this information as the line itself has the IPS/S with the IP information. 

Is there a way to let ETS choose where to send it and it does it itself?
