Tab text shall remain the same regardless of tab activation

The tab text (Diagnostics, Buildings, ...) disappears in active (clicked) state so that I am not sure whether or not I have really activated the desired tab, especially if there are different tabs which have similar looking contents below.

I propose to keep the tab text exactly the same in both active and inactive state, and only invert foreground (text, icon) and background (tab rectangle) color.
