JUNG JVP INTERFACE CONNECTION ISSUE
Since 2021, we have been facing a persistent auto-connect issue, which remains unresolved. This problem, linked to timer control disconnections, has been affecting Alexa voice activation—a critical feature for smart home users. Despite this ongoing challenge, JUNG has yet to provide a significant fix.
When customers choose a premium brand like JUNG, they expect reliability and consistent performance. The inability to resolve this issue is frustrating for users who rely on seamless functionality. At the very least, customers deserve:
