Thermal valve won't close even when it's set to 0%
I have a floor heating controlled by my KNX. I use the Zennio HeatingBOX 230V 8X 1.1 V1.1 to control my programming. The zones itself are controlled by thermal valves like on this picture.

Three of them (three zones downstairs) won't close anymore. It's very strange and frustrating as the valves are open. Whenever I have a heating request in another room (upstairs for example), the zones downstairs will let through the hot water as well (as they are open...)
Here is the programming of the thermostat:

Here is the programming of the output:

Here is the monitoring of this zone:

It's all set to 0%, but still... The valve is open. Only when disconnecting the valve, it will close.
Does anyone of you have suggestions on how to track down this issue?

Hi
Haw you disabled the "easy mounting"?
Haw you track on NO/NC?

Hi Torstein,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm unsure on what settings you are aiming for.
Where do I find these settings to change, and what does it imply?

The terminal valve on your picture is delivered in a "beetvin" state not open/not closed. After mounting you need to activate by energize it for approx. 5 min. Some actuators have a setting for this but you can just manually activate power.
NO/NC is the water flowing if it is energized or not hear you got a possibility to invert most actuators.
Have it ever worked?
