Switch object also for state feedback

Hi, I'd like to point out that I'm not a professional and that I'm building my own system.
I used Theben TA 6.1 to create my switches (3 inputs for buttons and 3 LED outputs) to control AKD LED actuators.
Everything works correctly, but when I turn off the lights via a group address to which all the lights are connected, the first press of a button for individual switching doesn't work because Theben TA 6.1 manages the status directly on the switch object.
I would have solved the problem using the switch object as status feedback for the AKD actuator. So when I turn off the light individually, in the diagnostics I see the on/off command and the status update on the same object.
Did I do something correctly? Could there be problems with this solution? Is there a better way to proceed?
