ETS6: Number of chokes on the line "0.0 TP main segment" does not match number of power sources

Hi all,  I am configuring ETS6 with PS from ABB (SU/S30.640.2) and getting a warning in diagnostics: Number of chokes on the line "0.0 TP main segment" does not match number of power sources. However this PS is listed as PS WITH choke. After adding extra choke warning dissapears. Can anyone suggest what might be an issue here? Thanks a lot.
