ENNO Panno S .knxprod

I dipping my toes in the world of KNX. For this I bought a second hand system. Most components seem to work as they should but the touch panels to control all seem to require a .knxprod file which I can't get my hands on. If anyone could guide me on where to aquire this it would help out a lot.
I tried mailing the contact addresses from ENNO I could find but the emails just bounce for all contacts I could find.
